Accorto uses the (free) platform cache to improve performance and throughput.
You can check on the use of the cache via
- Setup > Platform Cache -- namespace prefix and name: accorto
- Tab: Welcome - Status

Reset Cache
You can manually reset the Cache via:
- Tab: Welcome - Status -- click "Clear Cache"
Disable Cache
By default, the use of Platform is enabled, but you can disable it.
> Setup > Custom Settings -- Manage Accorto Parameters
Create or update a record with the name and key "Cache" and in the Value String: true (default) or false
