After Time+Expense Items have been created, Administrators can report on them to 

  • check the progress 
  • update Prices and Costs .. and also 
  • create and submit the T+E Reports for users.

In the Tab T&E Items, click on the T+E Item Report button

You can query items with the same query criteria as the Pre-Billing:

Once queried, you can

  • Update the Billable option
  • Update Item, e.g. when the price/cost has changed
  • Create and Submit T+E Reports

You have the option to create one report for all items, even if it is for multiple resources. When you create the reports, they are also not restricted by week - the report would contain all items displayed.
