Based on your organization security settings, the access permission page is not displayed (Refused to display RemoteAccessAuthorizationPage.apexp in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny').
As a consequence, the administrator must grant access:
In Setup > App Manager (1)
find the Accorto Rollup Trigger Management entry and select Manage
Then click Edit Policies (3)
In the picklist Permitted Users select Admin approved users are pre-authorized (4)
and Save
In the Profiles Section click Manage Profiles (5)
Select the Administrator Profile - or custom admin profiles (6).
